Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order only before it is processed or dispatched.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • To cancel your order, please go to My Account → Orders → Select Order → Cancel.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.
  • If your order includes alcoholic beverages (wine products), cancellation may be restricted due to regulatory and compliance policies.
  • Orders that are already packed, shipped, or out for delivery cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or wallet.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders already dispatched or delivered
  • Special promotional or discounted items (if specified)
  • Bulk or wholesale orders (subject to approval)

Important Note

Due to the nature of wine products and legal regulations, Vinora reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if the order has entered the shipping or compliance process.
